If I could rate Kris higher than what is optional here, I would without hesitation. When I was interviewing other realtors and Kris for realtor representation, Kris was the only realtor who without hesitation said "I'm going to sell your property." Every other realtor I spoke to warned me of the slowing market conditions and that it could be challenging to sell my property. Kris did an an amazing job helping my husband and I become first time homebuyers. Both my husband and I are in our early 20’s and Kris made us feel comfortable and confident during an exciting but stressful process. Kris was awesome. I actually met her by phone when I was searching for homes in Oceanside. What I liked about her right away was her down to earth no nonsense personality and very straightforward.. I liked that she was personable and I could tell she cares about her clients especially when it came to safety. She was never pushy and her quick replied helped me feel reassured that she had my back. We texted on and off for over a year and a half and this year seemed like better year so I started having her look at a few homes and she showed me via zoom. Mind you I been searching and doing my own research since 2012 so I already know exactly what I wanted and was looking for . I even sent het a whole text page of what type of condo i was looking for.
