Just as you would hire a doula for help transitioning in and out of this world, I believe the same level of care and commitment is owed when selling and/or buying a home. Making that sort of change can be a massive life transition and that requires the upmost care. To not only protect and guide my client in the legal realms, but to recognize and accept all the emotions and energies involved in the process, as your old living situation collapses and your new one is built. It requires a trusted guide to hold your hand and guide you through all of the steps you need to successfully let go of your old story and step into your next adventure. Someone who really listens and understands and can even consult the cards if you’d like some spiritual insight. Someone who has not only been there herself dozens of times and under various circumstances (always happy to talk about it if you’re curious), but has also guided so many others as well.  

That’s how I, and Coven Real Estate see real estate. We see the people who build their lives and identities inside of their home. We accept them for who they are and are happy to support them through their journey, no matter where they are in it.
