My journey to heal myself physically unexpectedly became a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. As I embarked on a difficult path, I uncovered new facets of myself, embracing who I am and what I am capable of contributing to the world.

Something was wrong – I had known that for a while. My health was declining, and I started having severe anxiety, leading to panic attacks. It was hard to pinpoint a cause for my symptoms. Finally, after a lot of tests, they found out my body wasn’t properly detoxing heavy metals as it should. After working in the automotive industry for 18 years, breathing in the shop fumes, I had toxic levels of chromium in my body.

Growing up, my dad was an electrical engineer, and his job took us to many different places. I went to multiple schools, never really settling in one place. At the time, it was challenging for me, but looking back, I see how it shaped who I am today. I can make friends and connect with people easily, and that is one of my greatest strengths.

My dream was to design engines for BMW, so I went to school to learn the technical side of things, and my plan was to get my engineering degree. However, life had other plans for me.

I ended up working as a service advisor for 18 years, becoming one of the top three service advisors in the nation for Infiniti at one point. I have always been a people person and enjoyed helping them. However, the environment I worked in felt limiting, and my work was often undervalued. I couldn’t be my true self because I had to stick to the status quo in order to do well.

Once I learned what was causing my health issues, I had to make the difficult choice to leave behind my job in the automotive industry. It was a scary decision because it was all I had ever known, but ultimately, it was the right one for my health and well-being. Despite the difficult road ahead, I was determined to recover.

Over time, with the help of my doctors and support from my loved ones, especially my awesome husband and son, I began to heal. I had to follow complex diets, take specific supplements, and commit a lot of time and focus on recovery. It was certainly not easy, but this period gave me time to reflect and find myself again. My previous career had hindered me, even in simple ways like how I dressed and presented myself to the world. With healing came a newfound sense of freedom to be myself. Life is too short to worry about what others think!

After some time, my dad, who had worked in real estate in the past, suggested I become a REALTOR®. I fell in love with it instantly – it was a breath of fresh air. My broker is a huge contributor to this new phase in my life. She has fostered a positive environment where my fellow agents feel like family. We all support each other and cheer each other on – the comradery and encouragement to be yourself is something I am very grateful for.

I’ve always been extremely spiritual. During my healing, I found myself lost and feeling depressed, and it pushed me to reidentify with my spirituality. I call myself “The Real Estate Witch” because I identify with many of the basic principles of being a witch. From connecting with nature to embracing my truest self, it all has contributed to empowering me in this new chapter.

Sometimes, when things happen to you, it is hard to see the reason why, but there always is one. From the people that have come into my life to the circumstances that pushed me in a new direction, there is a lesson to be learned from it all.

When my partner and I bought our first house, we had no idea what we were doing. It is an old house, and we have spent so much time and money doing updates and repairs. It has been a labor of love, but one we wish we had been better prepared for. As a REALTOR®, I help my clients avoid this exact situation! Some people love the challenge, while others want the perfect turnkey home. I take the time to get to know you and what you want in a home, and together, we will find one that meets your needs and goals.

It’s so fulfilling to guide my clients through the process of finding their perfect home and seeing it through to fruition. There’s so much emotion involved in the process, and it’s incredible to be a part of that. I believe that my purpose is to help others, and I cherish the opportunities I have had to do that through real estate. When the transaction is over, I will continue to be your Real Estate Witch for life, being there for all your future needs.
